We are not liable for lost or stolen packages - please reach out to the respective carrier to help resolve any shipping issues.
We try to make sure that all items are packaged to ensure safe travels during their time in transit but things happen! If the item is broken or damaged during shipping - please place a claim to the respective carrier or reach out to us directly so that we can place a claim, to ensure that a replacement or refund can be sent out!
RETURNS
All sales are final. If you have any questions about any products before purchasing ,we are available via social media on instagram, tiktok, or email at eb@kkuljaem.com during business hours to offer any answers you would have about the products on our site.
We will only take refunds and returns (returns only in special cases) of defective products. If you believe your product is defective please email us at eb@kkuljaem.com to get the return/refund process started. If the return/refund is approved, we will issue a refund within 24hrs of approval. Any defective product must be flagged within 60 days of receipt.
